The coaching sessions l’ve had with Bita have helped me achieve a better sense of balance and wellbeing. When we started coaching, I was struggling to manage the competing demands of work, study, family, exercise and time for me. Now I have a good wind down routine when I get home from work, which is helping me be more productive on weekday evenings. l’ve also achieved my goal of wanting to make the most of weekends, as l’m now planning ahead for them I wanted to feel I wasn’t wasting them as with all the other things l’m trying to do in the week, the weekend is an opportunity to add some fun into my life.
